Embrace the Suck Mastermind Pre-Order
Hey guys,
Quickly, over the last few months, I've realized that:
A. Building anything new is really, ridiculously lonely sometimes.
B. It's really fucking hard.
C. When you don't have a close support network, it's easy to get stuck in your ways and be stagnant.
And that's part of the reason why I've created this Mastermind group.
Expect this to be: really, really hard; emotionally taxing; and something that will, hopefully, push you to do things in your business/startup/work that you've never done before.
I don't expect anyone in this group to be a total pushover. This isn't a free Meetup.
We're going to kick your ass.
Here's a rough idea of the 3-month plan:
Month 1 - Sales: If you're already pumping out sales (looking at you Ian), I want to focus on how to turn the faucet just a little bit more; and if you're struggling to acquire users, our first step here will be in getting in front of a lot of them.
Month 2 - Marketing: Taking high-leverage activities -- i.e. large communities -- and turning them into funnels that drive you users/leads/email subscribers, .
Month 3- Systems: How to turn those repetitive, everyday processes into systems that enable you to spend less time managing your business, and more time building it.
How the pre-order works:
Essentially, GumRoad will put a $1 charge on your card for an expected delivery date. If you've decided that, after the first Mastermind session, this isn't right for you (or I haven't delivered what you expected), I'll just put the kibosh on the entire thing.
But expect that I'm going to show up with my game-face. You should, too.
